Polly Rowe

Hi, I'm Polly, the owner and curator of the Red Bird Gallery.

My creative journey began in the 1980s as a florist in London, where I had the incredible privilege of being Princess Diana’s florist. From there, I moved on to interior design in Scotland and even managed a busy restaurant, all while continuing to explore my passion for art.

When I made the move to New Zealand, I decided to fully immerse myself in the world of art, and I was honoured to win the ‘Polychrome Prize’ in the year I graduated. Today, I’m surrounded by the inspiring work of my talented friends and colleagues, which constantly fuels my creativity and passion for art.
